Radius authentication WPA2 Enterprise instead of 802.1x

Question

Since 802.1x / WPA/WPA2 is not supported on all devices for a corporate infrastructure (802.1x w/ WEP), is there a way to set up Radisu wuthentication without 802.1x but via WPA2-Enterprise?

Yes and no.

You can use DPSK for users. It's like 802.1X, just not with certificates, and it's more than a normal PSK where everybody shares the same key. It's very usefull.
