Clients with ios12 having issues on IP address

Question

Hi Guys,

Users using iphone ios12.1 cannot get IP address from DHCP server.  Typical setup only using PSK with units R500,R600 and ZD1200

what is the recommended firmware version to address this issue?

Hello Sej,
   The latest ZoneDirector code is v10.2.1 (MR1).  Release notes list what SmartPhone operating systems were tested.

• Android (4.1.2, 4.2.2, 4.3, 4.4.2, 4.4.4, 5.0.1, 5.0.2, 5.1, 6.0, 7.0, 7.1.1, 8.0) 
• Windows Phone (7, 8, 8.1, 10) 
• BlackBerry OS (10, 10.3.2) not supported with Zero-IT 
• Chrome OS (47.0, 49.0) not Supported with Zero-IT

Apparently, iOS 12.1 was not available yet.  It will probably be supported in the next release(s).
