Can't seem to generate multiple guest passes at once anymore

Question

I have a network with a ZD3000 and 54 AP's R700 and R710s about half and half, ZD is running 9.12.1.0 build 148 and recently I have found that when I am logged into the guest pass page and I try to generate multiple guest passes at once and then hit the next button, I get the guest passes generated page but it no longer shows the guest pass keys as it used to.

for the guy who me too'd this, firmware update to the latest fixed this issue.
