when crowded, all client that connect to AP disconnected. and the SSID is gone. after a few minute it show up again. and we have ZoneDirector at main office.
and the internet speed quite slow.
is there possiblity that because the internet slow AP lost contact to ZD so all the SSID gone?

I have some questions:
1. What is the AP model
2. How many clients were connected
3. What Firmware are you running
4. What is the ZD model
martin_martin
and as addon to the questions Sean already posted.
Check the Access Point support log, as it looks like the AP is rebooting, and you can see in the log the reason for the reboot.

AP : R300
Client : less than 30
FW : 3.1.1.0.348
sory it's smartzone 100 not ZD

please check the AP support log and copy / paste the last reboot section

Your low bandwidth is probably becoming congested, causing the AP to lose connectivity to the SZ. Normally not a problem with SZ (Unless you're tunnelling), but make sure you turn off any 'automatically reboot AP if connectivity is lost' on the SZ AP settings.
