I do not see the application window in the dashboard.

Question

In my dashbord let's see the application window in several of my controllers.
Could someone help me with it because this happens?
It has to do something with the java version, and what version will it have to have?

What kind of controller?  What version firmware?
What kind of client workstation, what OS and browser?
Do you get some error telling you "java"?
