5 GHz neighbors?

I have a ZD1100 with a mix of ZF7363 / R700 running 9.8.2. Should I be able to see 5GHz neighbors like I can see 2.4 GHz ones?

I've noticed that 9.8.2 and 9.9.0 seem to have 5GHz background scanning turned off even though the monitor tab alleges that it's turned on, for AC AP's.
Can Ruckus confirm what the state of background scanning is, and if we expect to see 5GHz background scanning on AC AP's working soon?
