Ipad lost informations from Zero-IT certificate

Hi,



we use a ZD 3025 + ZoneFlex 3200. We have a Zero -IT configuration.


The goal is to connect IPAD to the wifi with a certificate ONCE.


We don't want users to connect IPAD alone. We configure the IPAD before, and download the Zero-IT certificate for them.


Like this, they never have to enter the SSID or passphrase.


Now we have a problem : if the IPAD is not used for a while, the user is asked for a passphrase...... If we look to the certificate, it is unlimited.



Have you an idea ?
