Ruckus cloud event logs

Hi Just curious, does anyone know how long the logs stay in the ruckus cloud database? Will the logs purge after a period of time?

I don`t see any information about this.

Hello Nyi,

As per the latest Ruckus Cloud datasheet: "upto 12 months". I suspect it will depend on how many network devices and clients are on the network.

I've just checked my staff Cloud account and it goes back to July 2020.

Is it the same period to purge from the record?
