how many tx power for P300

I was confused, for tx power option in the configuration p300, only full, and -1dbm, and others, what the purpose of the "full" country code United states (default), please help

full is full power to the extent of regulatory limits. The other settings are for reduced power and express the relative reduction in transmit power in dBm.
