Guest Network: timeout during authentication

Question

I use a ZD1100 (FW: 9.8.2.0 built 15) and have enabled the Guest Network on a WLAN without guest pass. I have enabled the terms of use and filled out the landingpage. Much users cant connect and no terms of use are shown. The logfile shows:  timeout during authentication. What can I do?

I'm having similar issues. Guest network has been set up with many different configurations (I've gone through WLANS, Access Control, Roles, Guest Access, Hotspot / 2.0, also VLAN pooling) but iPhones cannot connect.
