Can you have two unleashed masters in same VLAN , due to one maxxed out at 25 AP's ?

Am going to deploy two Unleashed networks on the same location, because more than 25 AP's (R310 or R510) are required. The two Unleashed networks can easily be divided by building geography, but will (probably/likely) have to end up in same VLAN in the same switch.
I'm thinking if i disable auto-adding AP's, it should be possible to select AP's manually at the preferred master.
Will this be a problem - or rather, which major problems will this pose ?

nope, will only work in two seperate VLAN's
