ZoneFlex T300series, DHCP server - local subnet

hi guys, i have a ZoneFlex T300 series, anyone tried activating the DHCP server of this AP using the local subnet .  i tried configuring it but can't connect to the internet,  does this require me to put up a DHCP server on my network? thank you in advance.

Pls provide version  info m screenshots to take a look for any gap

No, as long as ap is properly configured to route traffic to internet. It shud work whether dhcp is on LAN or not
