ZD1200 LEDs solid green when power up.

Question

I have a ZD1200, as soon as power is applied, the STATUS and POWER led is solid green. I can't find on the network and factory rest don't work. What should I do? Is this unit bricked?

Hi Anthony,

The best way forward is to first connect a console cable and check if you have console access.

Please provide the output here.

PS. better to put your post next time in the ZoneDirector folder, as this folder is for Ruckus Network Director a different CommScope/Ruckus product.
