Why my GS3 cant connect automatically to a Zoneflex 7982 and Zd3000 Hotspot 2.0 service

I configure a hotspot 2.0 service on a ZD3000 and zoneflex 7982, my GS3 shows on wi-fi setting a hotspot avalaible, but dont try to connect automatically, i must select the EAP-SIM manually on my GS3 to authenticate.
