Hi All, Is it possible to setup default sponsor email addresses instead of getting the guest users to do it manually?

From your question I infer that you are using "Self-service guest pass" configuration. As part of this configuration, by default, system will approve and admit the user to guest WLAN. So, you don't really have to use "Sponsor Approval" .
