Guest Passes Invalid After One Day

HI Guys;
I have configured a Guest WIFi on our premises using unleashed services. For some reason, its like the guest passes expire after one day. Has anyone experienced same issue with R500 and R510?

Hi Andrew,
What is the expiration date set for the guest pass?
Check the validity of the guest pass under System&Admin> Services> Guest Access Service> Guest Pass Generation > Generated Guest Passes to see if the pass is actually or not.
