How to replace the broken backup Smartzone Controller with a RMA device on a
cluster mode?

backup smartzone controller 100  in a cluster mode broke and we got the replacement for it. What are the steps to add back the RMA to the cluster?

Hi Michael, i have the same problem but the local partner want to charge me for transferring licenses to the new unit, they also want me to pay shipping costs for the faulty unit but i have active watchdog partner suport, i just renewed it last month.

Thumbs up Jakob.  And map the RMA unit with the old Serial Number (for licencing purposes)!

Boot it, login, select Standalone or Join Cluster.
