Problem ruckus 7731 radio off

we have ruckus 7731 wireless type, it has been running for almost 4 years, we reset it and returned to IP 192.168.2.1 but after making a choice in the wireless mode bridge bridge / non root bridge and restarting, ruckus returns to the root bridge selection menu / non root bridge, ask for a solution
