CLI restart/program group of access points

Is there a way to restart/configure from CLI the group of APs in starting with the same name prefix?
I know there is command to specify mac address but I would like to restart only 15 APs
out of my 200 devices.

what controller are you using? Is there specific a reason why you want to this via CLI?

I am using ZD3000, reason behind it is to have only a group of APs restarted (one property) quickly in one go or configuration send to the particular group of access points.
