ZD3000 losing guest pass list randomly

ZoneDirector 3000 on firmware 9.6.2.0.13

We have been experiencing a non reproducible problem with our guest passes.  The first time we made over 200 new guest passes and it lost our guest passes that were already in the ZD prior to the batch creation.  The second time came back from the weekend and none of the guest passes were in the ZD anymore so obviously they were all invalid.  Does anyone have a similar experience with this and if so any fixes?

Hello James,

I looked into release notes of both 9.6 & 9.7 and could not find anything relevent to your issue.

It may be a corner case and would strongly advice that you upgrade to latest stable code after following right upgrade path (refer to release notes & consult support team )

Look at memory consuming features and whichever not relavant & not actively being used - disable them. Keep any eye on guest passes creation.
