Hi, how can remote access the unleashed R500 from outside in the home/office without using the Firewall.
The setup of my unleashed is in DHCP mode, DHCP is provided from our ISP.

If Unleashed has a static public IP address (If it has dynamic, then too you can access but IP my change and you may not be aware about this change remotely), you can access it over the internet. If not, you have create a port map on your firewall and access Unleashed over it.
@syamantak_omer thanks for your response. Unleashed is dynamic. DHCP is provided by ISP. Any way can i access the unleashed in the outside world? does unleashed apps can do?
@tch hi, i download the apps but i can only access within the same network. How can i access it in the outside world? anything i need to do in the settings to register, something like that?
If you haven't done so yet, you need to enable it from the WebUI, see below. Also add yourself to the "Remote User Control".

You can use dyndns or any similar service to map your dynamic IP address to a static name. Use that to manage your unleashed ruckus.
