Can we migrate the licences from one zd1100 to our other ZD1100 if one of them fails.The ZD and Ap'sĀ are on the same firmware. We do not need to update the firmware any further

Hi Kewal,
No, the licenses of ZD can't be transferred. If you rma the faulty device the replacement would have the equivalent license on them as.
Please use trial licenses on the temporary replacement to restore the network.

Is rma still available on the zd1000,zd1100's. we do not have a support contract

Hi Kewal,
Yes, RMA is still possible for ZD1100 but mode of RMA will be RTF (return to factory) even when you don't have support contract purchased. I hope device was purchased from a authorized Ruckus reseller/partner.
I am not sure about ZD1000 but will check internally and will get back to you.
