you mean logging into ZD administration web UI? - this is doable
or you mean user logging thro ZD provided captive portal... as far as i know... not doable..

Captive portal not Admin UI.

what for do you need it? May be the feature Grace Perid would be suitable for you? If it desabled all users after disconaction need to re-authnticate.
