zoneflex 7055 hard and soft reset button not working

I have a problem regarding in resetting the zoneflex 7055, I've been trying to reset it in hard and soft button but it doesn't work, I also check it in command prompt and in the browser to check but nothing happens. can anyone help me on this situation. Thanks

You may find the hard reset/soft reset buttons on the side of the 7055 model AP

are mis-labeled... Pressing hard reset for 8 seconds will only reboot the AP, not

factory default it!

If you encounter this issue, please use the 'soft' reset button instead... sorry.  The

ER-1003 filed for this problem should have it resolved in latest 9.7 and later

firmware.

By the way the zone director doesn't detect the ip address given by the 7055
