What social media platform do you suggest to work with Ruckus Zone Director?

Truth be told I am not sure it is a bag of ZD. Double check your setting and do a packet analyzing.
WiFi is not able to change MPEG transport stream (filter some elementary audio/video/data streams). 
You can use some MPEG Analyzer for example StreamGuru and step by step check all control points to find a source of the issue.

Thanks a lot Igor. The issue i got is that with Socifi we cant send videos to iOS devices due the last upgrade on ZD. And in Android there is no sound on the video. 
Thats very bad. Socifi says its Rukus ZD issue.

try RaGaPa. But it is a cloud solution.
