what is the maximum power consumtion of zonedirector 1200 in WATT?

We have been requested to inform the maximum power consumption of ZoneDirector 1200 controller in order for customer to decide the placement of the UPS units. But there is no any specification regarding this.

Maximum consumption under full duty load is 24W, typical operation is between 15-18W.
