can't connect AP and smartzone-100

Question

Dear all, I have to implement the smartzone-100 and H510,R310,R500. I can't connect my AP(H510,R310,R500) to the smartzone-100. what do i need for AP and controller? AP can't connect to the controller and AP and controller are the same network.

I had the same issue too, DHCP is working well, I use third Devices DHCP  (MIKROTIK). I found mac-address but not going to the controller

Is the native VLAN for the AP’s (aka dhcp net) able to connect to the controller?

If management is on another VLAN, you need info about where the controller is, in the dhcp data. See documentation.
