Zoneflex as AP added to independent router
unknown
Hi..
I am trying to make my ZF an ap on my two exsisting WiFi networks.
The setup is like this:
-A WiFi router that has the modem connected to it.
-The ZoneFlex AP *not* connected via cable to my WiFi router. Is ethernet cabling required for this or can the AP work wireless?
Many thanks in advance!

tom,
you got to connect the Ruckus AP via ethernet cord as Ruckus AP will NOT connect to another non Ruckus AP wirelessly at this time.
Suggestion - you can look at Unleashed AP platform which are cost effective compared to controller based solution.. Buy two unleashed AP (R310 or R500 or mix) and let them mesh wirelessly.
