AP T310D keeps going on/off for the last 2 days due to updates.

I have one of T310D APs on samrt zone controller keeps going on/off for the last 2 days, when I check the event log, it shows heartbeat lost and AP updates, is that normal?

Check the below link for the Hearbeat loss details

See if there is any connectivity issue between the AP and the Controller. I also see that the AP is changing the IP address.
