Unwanted Noise on the ZoneDirector

Hi,

Could anyone please tell me what's wrong with our unit? What can we do to prevent this to happen again..

You are absolutely certain the noise emanates from the ZD (and not from kit above)?

Sounds like worn fan bearings on the way out. Believe a ZD3000 has 2 fans at back of unit.

Suggest query tech support and get replacement unit.
