Ruckus Wireless Cloud License Server

Ruckus Wireless Cloud License Server can't [Sync Now] correctly:
there was something wrong with out Ruckus Smart Zone 100, and it has been Reset to the factory values. Now the license will be expired at 2020/06/16. The license in this device before reset is permanent and could be installed just by click [Syn Now]. But this doesn't work now , I want to know if there is something wrong with the Ruckus Wireless Cloud License Server.
