i am assuming that its a ZF7731 P2P radio. It comes with Gigabit ethernet port however you can check at which ethernet speed/rate device is negotiating with switch by looking into AP support file.
Pull AP support file fromthe device and open in a notepad. Look for keyword interface and see example below:
