If you have physical access to the AP, you can check the label on the back showing the model number and a silver sticker showing "Unleashed AP".  The model number would be beginning with 9U1- rather than 901-.  Of course any 901- AP can be converted to Unleashed AP by installing the Unleashed firmware.  If you are on the local network, just go to https://unleashed.ruckuswireless.com/ and if you see the Unleashed login page, then it is running Unleashed.  If you ssh to the AP CLI, you will see the welcome banner saying Unleashed.  If you only know the firmware installed, the prefix 200.x belongs to Unleashed code (you can find out from "show sysinfo" from CLI).
