Ruckus Unleashed AP 500 broadcasting mysterious 'configure me' SSID

Question

I recently updated some unleashed 500's to latest firmware of 4.9.13.47 and I had an initial problem where the slave was in an infinite update cycle which I did fix eventually but that's not the first time that's happened.

The main problem is now the master 500 is broadcasting a mysterious SSID. Now I had this problem at another site where its broadcasting a configure me SSID but I couldn't work out how to get rid of it. last thing I want to do is a factory reset.

any one resolved this problem ?

Hi Filipe,

Login to Master AP CLI and executed the below commands

ruckus>
ruckus>en
ruckus#debug
ruckus(debug)#remote_ap_cli –A set state wlan102 disable
ruckus(debug)#remote_ap_cli –A set state wlan103 disable
ruckus(debug)#quit

Note: Login into AP CLI and verify wlan 102 and wlan 103 are configure.me wlans.
