Error Laptop no IP when connect to wifi by radius authenticate

Hi admin,I have a question. I use zonedirector 1200 to controller wifi ( ABC) authenticate by radius server.When apply device policy for this wifi (ABC) ,It was error no IP (169.131.....)
If I remove policy,Wifi (ABC) use good
