Attribute Simultaneous-Use

I want to limite session using Freeradius Accounting with the attribute Simulateous-Use, We setup the Zone Director Controller with captive portal and radius accounting section. But with Pfsense captive portal no have problem because read the session part in freeradius, in ruckus that`s no possible, I included the dictionary.ruckus into dictionary master file.
I don't use SQL DB, in this case using radutmp only.

Someone has any idea if it is possible to limite the simultaneous user with both solutions?
