Hi, please need help, I activate service hotspot in "ruckus device" but always authenticates, login and user over and over, with the same user.
Is there anyway to make auntentificacion just one time ?

1. what zone director you use
2. what version
3. what do you use as hotspot authentication server

i dont have authentication server.

You can try the internal hotspot setup, allthough I am not sure as of which version its in the ZD.

To give you a complete guideline on how to setup a radius server is outside the scope of this forum. I advise you to contact your Ruckus partner and let them guide you to install it.
