More info please.
Firmware? Important.
APs wired to ZD on same subnet?
What does the ZD event log show. AP connected, disconnected, loses heartbeat, and reboots cycle...over what time. All doing the same?
Is this new install or something working okay for a while and now doesn't?
More info is good lets people understand your scenario more easily.

ya sir our AP's are wired on same subnet.....the AP's are working properly upto 4 to 5 hours simultaneously but after 4 to 5 hours all ap's are disconnected for a while and connects auto matically...thats a problem
we first upgrade the firmware andthen degrade the firmware as suggested by the ruckus support

If you are talking to "support" (assume you have opened a case) then they are the people to advise you. The techs are very good and will help you out.
Suggestions from the forum would only confuse things.

okkkk.......and thanks sir

Are they PoE or DC powered. I've found sites where AC power rose abouve 240V which caused APs to hang or reboot especially after 8pm when the big power users went off line.
Maybe it's happening to your APs, or switches.

Ya they are PoE ...they are connected with poE injector indivisualy......

What firmware are you running? How many devices are connected to the APs?
We had issues with 7363s that would run out of memory when there are many clients connecting with certain firmware version.
This would cause reboots of the 7363s. The 7372s just stop accepting new clients, which is better.
