well who is doing DHCP ?? if you configure statically right set of IP info on the machine on Intel AC7260. Is it able to reach to network and internet?

Windows 10 also recently had a patch that broke DHCP in a lot of cases, only fix last time I looked was to restart the machine (not shutdown as thats no longer the same process it seems)
