How to get the logs from the ZD using console or via CLI?

How to get the logs from the ZD using console or via CLI? I have here my zd1200 but the ethernet ports are defective and I want to get the logs and sent it to ruckus so we can Identify the root cause of the problem.

Hi Romel,

Use console cable (baudrate 115200) to access CLI and run below commands to save the debug in tftp server.ruckus> enable
ruckus# debug
ruckus(debug)# save_debug_info  debuginfo.dbg
