ZoneDirector email notification of event failover

Question

I am having a bit of trouble getting the email notification working, when I send a test email from the ZoneDirector it is sent OK but when the devices fail over I get no email even though the ZoneDirector is configured to send me a notification.

Sorry to hear about the problems. This sounds like a software issue. Please collect a debug file, and open a case in our support portal.
