T301s outdoor AP's not connecting

Hi Ruckus. We bought 5 x T301s outdoor AP's with additional licenses for the 1200 controller. All Ap's are getting an IP address but 3 of the AP's still dont seem to connect. Please assist with the lastest firmware.Thank you .
