I’m unable to connect my Sonos Sub through the Ruckus network/ whiteSky network. The Sonos team advised me to contact Ruckus to “enable Sonos compatibility.” Could someone please assist me with this or let me know what settings need to be adjusted?

Could you please indicate if you can access the Unleashed dashboard (the wireless access points management interface)?
If so, could you please share the current software version too?

Hi. I live in a building called West Edge, which Idont believe is associated with Lennar. I also have no idea how to reach my access point/ unleashed dashboard. Not sure software version
Hi @michaelleung07 Starting from Unleashed 200.17 version, Sonos support is enabled by default. If the version is 200.15 or 200.16, then we need to execute few commands from the CLI. If the version is 200.15 or earlier, then you need to upgrade to 200.16 or later. So identifying the software version is crucial. Let's try to access the AP first :
Check if you see any label on the rear side of the AP. If there is no label, then try below steps : 1. If you are connecting to an SSID » You can try a IP SCANNER software, which will list out the reachable IP address » In the list you can find the IP belongs to the RUCKUS AP.
