Power outage ruckus stuck

Question

We had a power outage and my ruckus is stuck on reboot loop I did the reset method and all lights are flashing orange/ and 1 light is solid green.

When you mention your Ruckus device, are you referring to the switch (the large white box) or the access points (the smaller devices mounted on the ceiling)?
