Hi All I’m after some help if someone would be so kind

I have a NEW T350 and have powered it all up and left it for 20 mins or so to settle down and when I go to the configure me it shows name I put in the password ( serial number it goes to connection but no tick )

I’ve tried a R350 and 3 different devices and the same am I missing something this is for home use downloaded the app to setup but nothing

Connected to POE

I’ve got to the point where it’s going to go out the window

Hello,

If you have connected the AP to POE and if it is an unmanaged switch, connect the Laptop to the same switch and you can try to access the AP using a default IP 192.168.0.1. Also, you need to have the LAN port of the laptop on the same subnet 192.168.0.10 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0

The default credentials are super/sp-admin.

If you are still seeing issues, I would request you to create a case with us and we can have a live troubleshooting.
