I am reaching out to request assistance with obtaining specific firmware patches for a RUCKUS ZoneDirector 3000 (ZD3000) controller. I currently do not have an active support contract for this legacy unit, but I urgently need to perform a staged upgrade to bring my network to a secure, stable version.My ZD3000 needs to follow the correct sequential path, and I am missing the critical intermediate images:zd3k_9.9.1.0.52.img (Version 9.9.1.0.52)zd3k_10.0.1.0.151.img (Version 10.0.1.0.151)I want to ensure I upgrade the controller properly without skipping versions so that I do not corrupt our existing configuration or drop our connected access points.Could a community moderator or RUCKUS support engineer please assist me by opening a basic software access request or providing a secure way to access these historical firmware files?
