Also, I tested the surge protector by plugging in a lamp with success so the surge is good. I also plugged the power cord (black) into another plug at the bottom of pic with green light with no success, but the lamp worked with the other plug.
So I think either the power cord is bad or the switch is dead. Unless there's a reboot method.
