Nothing resolved. Still not able to update to the current firmware
Hi @rmwass
Greetings!
Thank you for your response.
As mentioned in my previous post, if version 200.15.6.212.27 is available in the Online Upgrade drop-down list, you may proceed with the upgrade using that option. If the version is not listed, please use the Local Upgrade method instead.
For detailed guidance on the upgrade process, I recommend referring to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article.

Please let me know the outcome once you’ve completed the upgrade.
Thank you again for your patience and understanding.

Hi,
I did see on Unleashed that the firmware has been upgraded and my Sonos is working. Does that mean that Ruckus is switching between 2.4 and 5 Mgz depending on what is needed? How do I see that in Unleashed?
Thanks for all of your help.
Richard
Thank you for your response and the update.
Glad to hear that your Unleashed system has been successfully upgraded.
Based on the frequency bands supported by your device, the WLAN/Wi-Fi network will automatically switch between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz if both bands are enabled. Alternatively, you can create separate WLANs for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz and connect devices based on their supported radio type.
For guidance, please refer to the RUCKUS Lennar Knowledge Base self-help article below (see Point 9 for details on radio frequency bands):/kb/articles/13-guidelines-on-creating-a-wireless-lan-wlan-service-set-identifier-ssid-with-ruckus-unleashed
