how to create a new disk for zd1100

hi my zd1100 is crashed due a internal usb disk is hs. question how to create a new system with a new usb disk with  an  image "zd1100_9.10.2.0.63.ap_9.10.2.0.63" thanks

hi the disk is dead. you cab point me a backup for restore on a new flash drive thanks

You can't just use a firmware upgrade file.

But the flash disk is probably still healthy enough to pull out and copy to a new flash drive using your computer.

If the flash drive is too dead for your computer to read, you can message me privately and I can point you at a backup to restore onto the new flash drive.
