OpenShift Virtualization Support

Dear Pack,

 

Is there plan to support OpenShift Virtualization for theVirtual SmartZone (vSZ) VMs?

 

Any help or insight would be most appreciated.

OpenShift Virtualization is not currently listed as a supported virtualization platform for vSZ and is also not in roadmap at this time. The supported hypervisors include:

• Debian KVM
• OpenStack
• Microsoft Hyper-V (Server 2022)
• Nutanix
• Proxmox VE
• Rocky Linux KVM
• VMware ESXi (6.7+)
• Public cloud deployments on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

If your requirement is related to support for OpenShift Virtualization, please reach out to your RUCKUS Sales Representative and request that a Feature Request (FR) be submitted. Product Line Management (PLM) will evaluate such requests based on customer demand, business priorities, and overall market requirements before considering support for additional virtualization platforms.
